Sub Editor [Marathi]
Should have worked in the Marathi Daily news room [web/newspaper/television] for at least 1-2 years.
Location: Bangalore
No. of Positions: 3
Requirements:
1. Should have strong passion for journalism.
2. Should have good awareness of Current affairs.
3. Editing and Reporting News.
4. Strong writing skills in Marathi. Candidate has to write original content, news stories and general content to the dead lines..
5. Should be able to translate from English to Marathi & vice versa.
6. Should be able to edit one’s own copy.
7. Thorough knowledge and ability of proof reading in Marathi.
8. Knowledge on Internet.
9. Should be able to communicate in English
10. Fresher- If your course curriculum was not having hard news writing and news analysis, please do not apply
Desired Skills:
1. Should be following Social, Political, Economic issues of the country on a day today basis.
2. Should have good command over Marathi.
3. Should have flair for writing.
