Job Title: Assistant Editor (Bahasa Malay)

In this role you will maintain and update content for ESPN STAR Sports online properties, using resources available to the Digital Media Team in a creative and editorially sound manner to maximise the experience for users. You will work closely with ESPN STAR Sports production teams to produce unique written and video content. You will be charged with sub-editing duties for all content and competitions produced for the web. You will manage feeds, update photo galleries, contributor columns and blogs as well as work on the various Social Media platforms operated by ESPN STAR Sports.

Requirements:

· Extensive sporting knowledge, especially of regional and European football

· Fluent in Bahasa Malay and English

· Able to work unconventional hours

· A degree in journalism or some relevant industry experience.

· Knowledge of Content Management Systems and Social Media platforms would be a plus
