The Individual:
- To review and edit projects and reports, created by the in-house research team
- Ensure grammatical accuracy in all reports
- Check reports for structure and flow and provide feedback to research teams
- Communicate regularly with research teams
- Conduct training on business writing and communication ; these would be theoretical as well as practical, case study based trainings
- Share best practices with research teams
- Work with the business unit heads to come up with individual action plans on improving Language related skills across the units / organization
- Liaison with the editorial team of the client to understand expectations, and help the research team implement the same
- Help build a feedback mechanism to track analyst progress for Business English
- Able to work independently and with tight deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and possess good time management skills
Technical skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Mastery in ‘Business English’
- Ability to rewrite text
- Attention to details – making sure that all documents are client ready with minimal supervision

- Strong business acumen and perspective
- A zeal to learn continuously
