Scriptwriter Needed for Arabic/ Middle Eastern-Themed Feature Film (Los Angeles)

I have a feature film outline ready but I'm looking for a good writer to give it that personal touch and turn it into an outstanding script!

Preferably someone that knows Arabic/Middle Eastern themes. I have 120 scenes outlined.
