Seeking Hindi-English Translators for Immigration Documents ($10 per page)
Deadline: until filled

We are an immigration document translation company seeking to hire 2 strong, reliable translators as we launch Hindi-English translation on our site. We pay $10 per page, and we also offer a 50% bonus for quick turn around within 12 hours of when the customer placed the order. We do not pay per word, but as you’ll see our documents are short, simple and full of proper nouns. This means you will earn a very high effective rate per word; probably double what you’d earn elsewhere.

We expect that with time each translator will receive about 10 new pages per day, which means that a translator can make 10 x $10-15 = $100-150/day (again, we’ll pay the higher end of range via the 50% bonus for 12-hour turnaround). In addition, we will pay you an additional $5 per page to proofread the work of our other Hindi-English translators.

Successful applicants to this job will be:

100% reliable. If you accept a new job, you must complete it within 12 hours of when you accept it.

Skilled translators. Our clients will submit their documents to US immigration authorities, so they can’t afford to have mistakes.

Available 5 days per week, for at least a few hours per day. Note that most of our customers will likely place orders during US working hours, so take that into consideration if you seek to earn the 50% bonus (the bonus is paid if you complete a translation within 12 hours of when the customer submitted the order.)

If you are interested, please contact us for an interview and a paid test of your skills. American Translators Association (ATA) certification is preferred but not required. Native Hindi speakers preferred. We will accept only those fluent in both Hindi and English. Thank you

Budget: $1000
