RopeWalk Writers Retreat Scholarships
The RopeWalk Writers Retreat and master classes offer a limited number of full and partial scholarships based solely on merit. To apply, send a letter of application addressed to the Ropewalk selection committee with relevant biographical information and writing sample--maximum of three poems or 20 pages of fiction/nonfiction [Manuscripts should be typed, double spaced, and your full name should appear on every page. Mail to: RopeWalk Scholarship, University of Southern Indiana, 8600 University Boulevard, Evansville, IN 47712 or email (Adobe .pdf or Microsoft Word format) to Lorie Van Hook at lvanhook@usi.edu. A well-written letter of application has been known to be the tiebreaker. The scholarship application deadline is April 15; winners will be notified May 5.
