1. Excellent visualization and conceptualization skills
2. Understand, interpret and translate briefs into ideas, for various brands.
3. Will have to work closely with sales/marketing teams and responsibilities include, interface copywriting and product communication
4. Good leadership skills, project management experience; should be comfortable working with and coordinating with multiple teams
5. Should be an avid user of various Web 2.0 products (apps, innovations, games, virals, etc) and Social Networking sites
6. Should be familiar with social media marketing
7. Some exposure to simple games and potential ability to think in that direction is preferable (though experience in the same is not a must)
8. Must have the interpersonal skills to work in teams both internal and external to develop creative output
9. Create pitch presentations around ideas and occasionally make presentations to the client
10. Help write promotional copy in support of the portal’s sales, marketing and promotional efforts
11. Assist in coordinating, and presenting marketing/promotions ideas and advertising campaigns.
Unique skill & knowledge requirement
-Can think ‘brands’ – must have good understanding of TG, positioning, etc for brands
-Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with the ability to stick to time deadlines
- Work requires plenty of brain-storming and out-of-the-box thinking skills
- Wacky, innovative, irreverent, quirky – some of the qualities that maybe seen as positive for the role
