Anna University, Chennai is proudly launching research fellowships in the name of our beloved leader Dr. CN Annadurai as "Anna Centenary Research Fellowships" in order to further intensify research in thrust areas and to carve a niche in the National and International arena. About 45 research fellowships will be awarded to Full-time research scholars every year admitted to Ph.D. programme on merit basis from January 2011 session onwards. Each fellowship will carry a monthly stipend of R12,000 and an annual contingency grant of R25,000. These fellowships will be awarded for a maximum of three years or till the submission of Thesis, whichever is earlier.
