Sanskriti International Artists' Residency Program

The Programme is a retreat offered to artists and scholars where they can reflect, interact, and create. Over the past two decades the Kendra has provided residencies to over 300 artists, poets, scholars, and writers from nearly 30 countries, and to some 300 craftspersons and cultural activists. Sanskriti's Residency Programme also works in collaboration with international organizations like UNESCO, Asia-Link, Association Française d'Action Artistique, and the Fulbright Fellowships Program. The residency programme has helped to significantly foster understanding between different cultures through the sharing of ideas and life experiences.

The unique feature of the residency programme is that it houses three museums, which enhance the artistic and cultural sensibilities of the residents. The artists also get an opportunity to interact with Indian craftsperson.
