WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO? (Role and Responsibilities):
As a practice, we have typically matched candidates with their existing salary packages and throw in lucrative performance incentives; and of course ESOPs.*
*In the exit of mobile2win China to Disney, and when Nirvana Venture Funds invested into Games2win – the group has now a proven track record of demonstrating how valuable its company ESOPs can be.
The idea is to make the candidate actually take an ownership role and then provide additional compensation on performance.

- Creating in-depth concepts for Mobile Games & Apps on platforms like iOS and Android.
- Analyzing popular game trends and current topics for both Online and Mobile Games.
- Compare and analyse similar games and apps to create content that stands out from the competition.
- Create detailed concept documents explaining the features and elements of the game or app.
- Understand Game Design Documents and deliver text to suit respective audiences ensuring quality communication for online (Games2win.com and GangOfGamers.com) and mobile games (iOS and Android).
- Further evaluate the Game Design Document for enhancements via story-telling and text.
- Provide rational and comprehensible feedback for the games during the alpha and beta stage.
- Timely delivery of the abovementioned concepts, game text and feedback.
- Immerse and engage in all kinds of games – casual, mobile and even social and bring insights about user experiences and behaviour.
- Create effective communication for marketing initiatives.
- Conceptualizing new ideas for casual flash games that cater to the audience at www.games2win.com and www.gangofgamers.com
- Take initiative and be extremely organized!
- A mobile gamer with an intuitive understanding of what makes great games!
- Ideation and game concept development has to be a forte.
- Experience as a writer in any field. Copy Writers, Content Writers and even Columnists are welcome.
- Have impeccable grammar and good command over the English language.
- Producing bold, strategic and persuasive communication.
- Ability to proof read and edit content.
- Be highly organized, have a keen attention to detail, a sense of urgency and a great attitude.
