Job Vacancy: Deputy Editor at Eco-Business (Singapore)
Based in Singapore, Eco-Business.com is the leading portal for cleantech and sustainable business in Asia Pacific, providing its readers with regional news & opinion, and offering its clients a range of online marketing solutions.

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced deputy editor to manage the publication’s content and to grow our community. You will work with the editorial team to manage all content. You must have journalistic experience, be able to write in a news style, and have perfect written English. The job also requires someone with a good grasp and understanding of environmental and sustainability issues. You must also be able to speak good English, and be well versed in social media communication.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Journalistic writing at established media organisations
  • Editing and copy-writing skills
  • A proven portfolio of work in sustainability or related issues
  • A strong knowledge of social media communication channels
  • Ability to cover events, write fast copy, and conduct high-level interviews with newsmakers
This role is based in Singapore. Full-time ideally but part-time also considered. Immediate interview and start possible.
