The 2012 Kovalam Literary Festival Opens October 3rd (Delhi/ Kerala, India)

The fifth Kovalam Literary Festival will be held in New Delhi on October 3rd, and in Kerala on October 6th-7th. Dr. Binayak Sen will speak at the festival this year. Scheduled to read from their books are Timeri N. Murari (The Taliban Cricket Club), Adil Jussawala (Trying to Say Goodbye), Nilanjana Roy, Eli Amir, and Dorit Robinyan, among others. The event will be attended by David Godwin, literary agent and now author of "Breaking 80"; Ru Freeman (A Disobedient Girl), a US-based Sri Lankan author; and Sonia Faleiro (Beautiful Thing: Inside the Secret World of Bombay's Dance Bars), among others. Yentha.com, Trivandrum's showcase website will be the online partner for KLF 2012 and will run a three-week literary contest during the run-up to the festival.
