Job Opening: Senior Copy Editor for Cenveo Publisher Services (India)

SENIOR COPY EDITOR (Location: Chennai, Bangalore & Noida)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To ensure that all inputs meet established standards relating to appearance and content.
• To coordinate with the typesetting teams
• To ensure that content is well written and grammatically correct
• To correct basic spelling (UK & US) and typographical errors
• To check fact and style consistency
• To rewrite content if inconsistent with the established/ client norms
• To clarify with author/client in case of ambiguity in any aspect of the project
• To generate a comprehensive index, if required by client
• Maintenance and implementation of QMS as applicable
