EDITORIAL DIRECTOR, Asia-23912
You will be managing the editorial team across Asia; designing a content development process to include a more modular and high-efficiency workflow; managing the production team based in the Asia hub; establishing clear financial metrics for all editorial projects and production processes in conjunction with Finance; and budgeting and resource allocation within the department.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in managing editorial processes (incorporating digital components as part of an integrated solution) for Higher Education, School/ELT and/or Professional/Medical
- Ability to identify and address marketing opportunities with the appropriate editorial products
- Strong project management skills
- Strong team leadership and management skills
- Effective communicator
- Fluency in at least one Asian Language will be advantageous
