The National IPO Best Journalist Award will be awarded by the Intellectual Property Organization (IPO-Pakistan) for dedicated media projection of IPO-related activities besides creating awareness about Intellectual Property Rights in the country.
Media can play a vital role for dissemination of knowledge and useful information to the people and in order to encourage and promote media activities, an annual best journalist award has been introduced. The award ceremony will be held on the eve of World IP Day and the Prime Minister of Pakistan will distribute cash prizes and awards to the winners. A committee will be constituted to finalize the names of winning contestants on account of their contributions.
Various categories have been identified for nomination of award winners and the qualifying candidates would be finalized after evaluating their contributions.
