The Writers’ Lab will be conducting the following 2 activities in conjunction with the 24-Hour Playwriting Competition:
A. WRITE HERE / WRITE NOW, a two-day creative writing workshop for students aged between 13-18 years. It aims to:
*Stimulate creativity through creative expression and writing
*Facilitate that creativity by providing a focused, nurturing and supportive environment
*Promote fun and activity-based learning that encourages personal growth and identity-building
Conducted by playwright and screenwriter, Ng Swee San, WRITE HERE / WRITE NOW promises a unique experience that introduces one to creative writing, with emphasis on characterisation, story-telling and scenario building using playwriting techniques and skills. It is fully subsidised by South East CDC.
