7th Junior Dublin Literary Awards for Thailand
Nation Junior Magazine and The Nation newspaper, both part of Nation Multimedia Group Public Co., Ltd, with support from the Embassy of Ireland, Chiang Mai CityLife Magazine and Phuket Gazette have pleasure in announcing the 7th Junior IMPAC Dublin Literary Awards for Thailand English-language essay writing competition for high school students.
The main objectives of this contest are to enhance the creative English-language essay writing skills and to find an overall winner to represent Thailand at the annual Great Writer of the Year Award in Ireland.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.This contest is open to all Thai students aged 14-18 years old
2.All entries must be in English
3.Essays must be written by the students and should not be edited by others
4.The submission must be 800-1,200 words long
5.Submissions will be accepted from June 1, 2011 until August 15, 2011
Write your name/surname in Thai and English, age, school name, class, e-mail address and contact number at the top of the entries.
HOW TO APPLY
Contestants should send their essays to the judging committee by post or E-mail.
