Thai Full-Time Lead Editor
Job Description:-
* Translate/edit documents from English into Thai
* Proofread and edit, where necessary, documents translated into English
* Ability to use Trados or Idiom translation memories is a plus
* Lead, motivate and develop a team of translators
* Supervise and train all new team members both internal and external;
* Excellent planning of resources ensuring that the team is fully set up to meet both planned and unplanned peaks in demand for services;
* Ensuring that all projects being managed by the team are delivered on time and within budget in accordance with client requirements; and light project management when necessary;
* Drive continuous process improvement and establish standards of excellence within the group;
* "Can do" attitude
Responsibility:
* Assist Project Managers and production team in ensuring the final quality of production work done
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
* Prior translation industry experience is a plus
Monthly Salary: - Negotiable, and will commensurate with experience -
