Editor, Publications & Special Projects
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be part of the Group Communications team that builds the profile of the SingHealth Group in its pursuit of excellence in patient care, research and medical education. Reporting to the Assistant Director, your primary responsibility will be to actively manage a bi-monthly award-winning health publication for the public. As part of an experienced editorial team, you will shape the editorial strategy and content of each issue, and oversee editing, production and overall project management which run on tight timelines. You will also drive special editorial projects and take on other communications assignments when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* A good bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years’ relevant experience and a strong track record in editing
* Keen news sense and sound knowledge of current affairs, interest in health news and industry best practices
* Excellent command of English, with writing samples available
* Strong project management skills
* Energetic and self-driven with good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management abilities
* A mature individual who can function independently in a single-operator role
