The International Herald Tribune (http://global.nytimes.com) is the premier international newspaper for opinion leaders and decision-makers around the globe, combining the extensive resources of its own correspondents with those of The New York Times to offer a well-edited, must-read daily report.

The newsrooms of the International Herald Tribune in Paris and Hong Kong seek editors with at least three years of experience at a major wire service or newspaper and strong growth potential to join their copy desks.

Requirements

- Significant experience editing to a high standard on deadline

- Ability to work on all types of coverage, from news to business to sports to culture, and with multiple platforms in mind

- Layout, assigning or slot capability is highly desirable
