Accepts (genre): novella, short fiction, non-fiction
Prize/Payment: $150 for each category

Announcing the 1st annual Studio FourFiveZero writing contest open to writers of all ages and nationalities. We are seeking imaginative genre, as well as literary fiction written in English. Non-fiction on virtually any topic is also being considered in a separate category. Currently accepting entries in the following categories:

Novella or Long Fiction- up to 25,000 words
Short Fiction- up to 15,000 words
Non-Fiction- up to 40,000 words

Finalists will be selected from all entries submitted before December 31st 2010.
1st prize selected from all categories: $150.00 and publication contract.
Finalists in each category: Publication contract.

Please follow the following guidelines for submission. No electronic submissions at this time; finalists will be asked to submit an electronic version at a later date.

All work must be typed, double spaced on white paper, using 12 point font.
Please include a cover letter with brief biographical information as well as your name, address, telephone and email address. All submissions should include a reading fee of 10 dollars by money order for each submission. Multiple submissions are welcome.

Mail submission to K Harris, Studio fourfivezero , PO Box 237, Loganville, PA 17342. Submissions cannot be returned. All submissions will receive an email confirmation. No contest decision will be made until after the deadline of December 31st 2010.
