Vodafone Crossword Book Award 2009 Shortlists Announced

Crossword and Vodafone are committed to promoting books and the reading habit. The Vodafone Crossword Book Award recognises and rewards the best of Indian writing and ensures that works of merit reach a wider audience.

The longlist was announced last May, followed by a shortlist ceremony last June 18th. Here are the finalists for the award:
