No Novel/Nobela Category for the Palanca Awards This Year
The rules and forms are out and may be downloaded from the official Palanca site.

The contest is open from 01 March 2010 until 30 April 2010 to all Filipino citizens, or former Filipino citizens, of all ages.

The Novel/Nobela categories are scheduled for 2011. The rest of the categories in the two divisions are open.

Please also be informed that the official email address of Palanca is now cpawards@palancaawards.com.ph. You may forward your entries to this new email address.
