Invitation to students, independent and amateur filmmakers and film collectives to submit full-length or short audio-visual works (fiction, documentary, animation, newsreel, experimental, music video, PSA, etc.) on socio-political themes. This year's main theme is human rights.
Special attention is given to works on children's situation and participatory media production. Submissions from Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao and NCR shall have representation in the screenings.
