Description: Guniguni: The Absent Muse is a community of Filipino writers and literary enthusiasts in the Philippines and abroad and aims to provide a forum for which literature and writing will thrive. The group also endeavors to provide a relaxed and neutral space where writers can help each other in finding their voice and improving their craft. Founded on 19 January 2005 as an online group by a small group of poets and writers, Guniguni: The Absent Muse has grown to being an independent organization with around 200 members to date who are active both online and offline, passionately making efforts to pour fresh ideas into the literary and art world, exploring new ways of defining contemporary writing.
