Chuang Yi Publishing was established in 1990, specialising in Manga publication. The company's objective was to expose the local populace to Manga. Currently, Chuang Yi Publishing has expanded into English Comic Magazines under the Disney brand-name and ventured in the publishing of lifestyle and edutainment publications.
Executive Editor
Main:
* To assist and oversee in editorial content of comics and graphic novels, including editing for clarity, proofreading, production and QC.
* To assist and support in editorial aspects of production (occasional administrative duties may be required.)
* To work closely with other departments and freelancers to facilitate production, marketing and approval matters.
Requirements:
* Degree in Arts / Mass Communications
* Excellent command of English language, both in writing and speaking.
* Meticulous attention with details.
* Knowledge of Japanese an added advantage.
* Computer Literate
* Creative, flexible and energetic, with passion for manga, anime and Japanese culture.
* 1 – 2 years of experience in publishing industry is preferred
