Combine your love for good food and your love for writing in this introductory workshop for Food Writing! Learn techniques in writing food features, restaurant reviews, travel writing, and food blogging for PR and marketing. Find out how to get your work published through the workshop’s overview of the publishing industry.
The workshop facilitator Ms. Tara FT Sering is currently a Managing Editor of Contemporary Arts Philippines and Southeast Asian Heritage Publications and a former associate editor of Cosmopolitan. She obtained her bachelors degree in University of the Philippines, Diliman where she is also taking up her master in Fine Arts.
Workshop fee is P 3,500 inclusive of handouts, materials, snacks, transportation, and certificate. A down payment of P1,000 is required to reserve a slot. The deadline for reservations is November 19, 2010. A 5 percent discount will be given to those who pay in full on or before November 15, 2010. Payments are non-refundable.
The workshop will be held at the Filipinas Heritage Library located along Makati Avenue, Ayala Triangle, Makati City (across The Peninsula Manila).
