Indonesian Academic Journal Seeks Submissions for Award
The JIEB invites researchers and practitioners in the field of Economics, Business, and Accounting to submit paper for JIEB Best Paper Award 2010. The paper can be either Indonesian and English, preferably in English. The paper should be original, previously unpublished work, and relevant to the current issues of the three field. Submitted papers will be carefully evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition by expertises from Gadjah Mada University, other respected universities, and the JIEB editors.

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
Economics:

* Global Economic Crisis.
* Decentralization, Backward Region and Regional Competitivenes.
* Poverty Reduction and Unemployment.
* Infrastructure Development.
* Industry and Trade Development.
* Macroeconomics and Sectoral Policy Analysis.
* . Climate Change and Sustainable Development.
* ASEAN Economic Community 2015.

Management and Accounting:

* Leading in Crisis.
* How Companies and Industries Survive in crisis.
* Good Governance in Public and Private Sector.
* Capital and Foreign Exchange Market.
* Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
* Small Medium Enterprises (SME).



The winners will be invited to present the paper in a seminar to celebrate the 56th anniversary of the Faculty of Economics and Business in September 2010; granted money prizes and given priority to publish the papers on the JIEB.

Submission Deadline: August 5, 2010 (full paper)
Author Notification: August 25, 2010

Submission Guidelines:
Authors are invited to submit research and application papers complying the JIEB manuscripts style (http://www.jebi.fe.ugm.ac.id/index.php?content=editorialpolicy). Author must provide the following information at the cover paper: paper title, authors' names, affiliations, postal address, phone, fax, and e-mail address of the author(s), about 250 words abstract, and about five keywords. The paper must be maximum 30 pages length in an A4 size paper with double space type in 12 points, and Times New Romans.
