Spreading the Light Through Human Values Essay Writing Competition is an annual competition among schoolchildren in Oman organized by SAI Group/ Times of Oman. The competition will be held on April 11 in Muscat; April 18 in Salaah, Nizwa, and Sohar; and April 25 in Sur and Buraimi. Indian School will be the venue for the event.
The theme of the competition is ‘Make the children better children and better citizens for tomorrow’. Essays should be in English and entrants should be students in primary and secondary schools. Each school can send a maximum of 20 students for the essay writing competition (5 students in each group). Entry forms should be filled out and signed by the principal.
