- Qualifications: 2nd class Master's degree in English (Literature)/ Urdu (Literature/ Mass Communication/ International Relations/ Journalism
- 5 years experience as Speech Writer and sufficient knowledge of International/ Current and Pakistan Affairs and Islamic Studies
- Proficiency in written English/ Urdu
