The Varsitarian invites you to go BACK TO THE BASICS of journalism in Inkblots, the 14th UST National Campus Journalism Fellowship from Octover 22 to 24 at the Thomas Aquinas Research Complex (TARC), University of Santo Tomas, España, Manila.
