Enjoy Explore India Youth Art and Writing Competition (North Brunswick, New Jersey)

EEI invites youth 5-19 to celebrate India’s Independence Day by participating in an art and writing competition. All entries due by JULY 27, 2012. Submit your essay and poem via email to connect@enjoyexploreindia.com. Drop-off original art work only on July 27, 2012 at North Brunswick Public Library and New Brunswick Public Library. All entries must be dropped off between 9am -5pm.

ENTRY FORMAT:
  • Artwork: Drawing, painting, collage or any other medium. Paper Size: 11 x 17
  • Essay: Essay 250 words maximum. Format essay on 8½ x 11 paper; 12 point; double spaced
  • Poem: Format poem on 8 ½ x 11 page; 12 point; double spaced

Three prizes will be awarded in each category. To win you must be present on August 11, 2012 at the Independence Day. Celebration to be held at the North Brunswick High School at 10 am. Select Entries will be published in the India Independence Day Art and Literary Journal.
