Once again we are glad to invite foreign workers to take part in the Poetry and Essay Writing Contest ( Essay must be within 1,000 words) run by the Taipei City Department of Labor. This contest is open to all the foreign workers here in Taiwan. Those of you who wish to share your inner thought, life experiences, struggles, joys, aspiration etc. may write poem and essay to express them.
The first prize winner will receive NT$10,000 and award. The winners’ works will be published into a book to be shared with all those who have interest to know the foreign workers. You may use any language to express yourself in the works. Please write clearly your full name, address, passport number, telephone number, photos, etc. Please mail to Foreign Laborers Affairs Division, 5F, No.21, Section.1, Di-Hua Street, Taipei City 103.
