Deadline May 31 | Have You Got A Story To Tell? Story Writing Contest (Singapore)
Deadline: 31 May 2012

Have You Got a Story to Tell? contest encourages you to use your imagination and write the stories you've always wanted to tell - stories that will excite and engage children and help them to understand and appreciate our culture, history, and folklore.

How do you get started? First, think about the kinds of stories that children love. They love to laugh, to find out about new and exciting things, and to see characters just like themselves in the stories they read. As you write, ask yourself, "What is it about my story that will make someone want to keep reading?" Then write an original story, poem, or play with a distinct local flavour.
