Have you always wanted to write and publish your own book? IWA is pleased to bring you a writing workshop by famous author Meira Chand. Everyone has a story to tell. but many new writers struggle with the writing process, with how and where to begin, with finding inspiration and motivation, and with understanding basic techniques that will build their work in a professional manner.
Meira brings many years of deep and rich experience across different cultures to her writing. She has published 8 books, including the highly acclaimed "A Different Sky" - a historical novel set against the turbulent backdrop of early 20th century Singapore. It was chosen by Oprah for her recommended reading list for Nov 2011and its long listed for the Impac Dublin Literary Award for 2012.
