Noi Hanoi is looking for its next round of poets and short fiction writers to contribute to the upcoming event on May 13th. The theme of this month’s spoken word night is “nuoc/water/country” playing into the double meaning of the Vietnamese word. The theme is open to interpretation and form, with submissions in English, Vietnamese, or any other language fully welcome. To submit your poems or short fiction, email noihanoisubmissions@gmail.com no later than April 29. From these submissions, an hour long program will be put together, with some time reserved for an open mic section. The actual event on May 13 will start at 8pm at ATK on 73a Mai Hac De.
