The prestigious Arya Vaidya Sala, Kottakkal (AVSK) today invited essays in English or Malayalam for the award of 'Vaidaratnam P S Varier Prizes, 2012 for promoting research in Ayurveda.
Stating topic for this year's competition is 'Gunmam,' the AVSK, in a release, said the last date for receipt of the entries is June 30, 2012.
The essay competition offered cash award of Rs 25,000 and Rs 15,000 each for entries adjudged as 1st and 2nd respectively, the release added. (UNI)
