Harper's Bazaar Deputy/Sub Editor
Harper’s Bazaar Arabia, the leading luxury fashion title in the Middle East, has a rare opportunity for a senior journalist to join the editorial team. The Deputy and Sub Editor will deputise for the Editor-in-Chief and have ultimate responsibility for sub editing the magazine and all associated supplements. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of journalism experience, including at least three years of international experience in a section editor/senior sub editor role on a national UK, US or Australian title. Impeccable sub editing skills, concise news and features planning and editing, and the ability to write sparkling copy to short deadlines are essential.
Out-of-hours work is integral to the role.
