Regional Reporters for fortnightly magazine Down To Earth
CSE is looking for Regional Reporters for its fortnightly magazine Down To Earth, based in South (Chennai or Coimbatore), West (Mumbai or Pune), Central (Bhopal or Raipur or Ranchi) and East (Kolkata or Bhubaneshwar).
We need enthusiastic journalists who wish to make a career in environmental journalism. Must be committed to in-depth investigation and have a nose for news. Candidate must have good liaising ability with both government and non–governmental agencies.
The job requires:
1. Willingness to travel extensively under any conditions.
2. Ability to make sense of complex information and statistics.
3. Ability to write clearly in English.
4. Minimum three years of working experience
The magazine looks at all matters of general interest -- politics, economics, finance, markets, diplomacy and conflicts -– with the eyes of science and environment.
