Marketing Coordinator / Editor

The Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to be part of our UAE-based marketing team, serving the marketing and business development needs of our entire MENA region. (Dubai or Abu Dhabi)

Your role and responsibilities will be to:
• Support market sectors in development of bid and proposals for the MENA region, including project-specific research, development of qualifications, support to technical writers, editing production management meeting facilitation and overall schedule management.
• Support development of marketing collateral materials, including capability statements, curriculum vitae and corporate experience sheets
• Liaise with both internal and external clients and partner organisations.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ experience developing proposals and marketing materials – relevant technical background a plus
• Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or related field
• Strong writing, editing and presentation skills (Arabic a plus)
• Detail-oriented with ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to communicate easily with technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the organisation
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel (Adobe InDesign skills desirable).
• Knowledge of database management
