Document Writer & Editor
The Role
A new governmental organization is seeking a Western Educated Document Writer/ Editor to join its established marketing and communications team.
Based in stunning city offices working with highly experienced, professional employees you will be responsible for writing and editing Management Model documents in order to support regulatory compliance and best practices for the management system.
Duties will include editing, re-writing, revising and proofread Management Model documents for readability, usability accuracy, and integration with other documents. Using and enforcing document templates, formatting, style and standardization for consistency. Using and enforce document development procedures, forms and other standards to operate efficiently. Other duties will include tracking and reporting on Management Model documents in progress, pending and complete. Interfacing with Document Developers to write, edit and proofread Management Model documents. Interfacing with Document Control to provide evidence of development, review and approval prior to issue. As well as interfacing with other Management Model staff throughout the documentation process.
Requirements
The client has requested that applicants are Western educated possessing the English language as their mother tongue with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a writing/ editing role alongside exposure to management projects. Experience in design/ construction, policy/ process and procedure writing will be highly desirable.
