Chuang Yi Publishing was established in 1990, specialising in Manga publication. The company's objective was to expose the local populace to Manga. Currently, Chuang Yi Publishing has expanded into English Comic Magazines under the Disney brand-name and ventured in the publishing of lifestyle and edutainment publications.
ENGLISH EDITOR
Main:
* To assist and oversee in editorial content of comics and graphic novels, including editing for clarity, proofreading, production QC and copywriting.
* To assist and support Editor-in-chief in editorial and administrative duties as and when required.
* Will need to work closely with other departments and freelancers to facilitate production and approval matters.
Requirements:
* Degree in Arts / Mass Communications
* Excellent command of English language, both in writing and speaking.
* Meticulous attention with details.
* Knowledge of Japanese an added advantage.
* Computer Literate
* Creative, flexible and energetic, with passion for manga, anime and Japanese culture.
* Fun & outgoing personality, with a creative flair for writing.
* 1 – 2 years of experience in publishing preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
