Creative Writer, Brand Intelligence (Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
* You will be required to read, interpret and condense large amounts of complicated information with a view to recreating customer friendly copy.
* You will work closely with various departments to ensure work is completed on time
Requirements:
* Writing creative copy
* Generating ideas and stories
* Participating in creative workshops and brainstorming sessions
* Understanding competitor activity and latest trends to produce inspirational material
* The ideal candidate will have the ability to maintain brand consistency while naturally evolving communications with each new client introduction
* Extreme attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and flexibility in-dealing with shifting priorities + looming deadlines are required
* Work closely with Brand Identity team on execution of all print/web programs
* Work with an outside translator for multi-language initiatives
* Proven ability to write clear, concise and factual copy, with an excellent grasp of grammar
* Relevant FMCG experience in a sales promotion, agency or journalistic environment
* Educated to degree level or equivalent in English or Advertising
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Journalism, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications or equivalent.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English, Arabic
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Executives and above, specialising in Journalist/Editor or equivalent.
* Contract positions available.
