Develop and reach target, grasp the overall style of MOBILE NEWSPAPER, MOBILE NEWSPAPER is responsible for the content of operation, integration and innovation, Enhance user stickiness and industry influence / Bertanggung jawab untuk bagian Editorial KORAN MOBILE. * Development and management MOBILE NEWSPAPER content operations team, establish an efficient organizational structure, establish a management system and business codes, and continued optimization; according to market demand content and structure of the MOBILE NEWSPAPER planning and management, responsible for the content of the overall MOBILE NEWSPAPER to control and allocation of resources, integration / Membangun dan mengatur Team Operasi KORAN MOBILE, struktur organisasi, membuat sistem manajemen dan etika busines dan mengoptimisasikan sumber / integrasi yang sudah ada di KORAN MOBILE
* To establish efficient operation of editorial processes, coordinate work of various departments to ensure smooth inter-sectoral collaboration and efficient operation / Menciptakan proses editorial yang efisien, koordinasi dengan berbagai departemen untuk memperlancar koloborasi dan operasi yang efisien
* Responsible for the management of chief editor's office, MOBILE NEWSPAPER resource content and form of the overall audit; editing job evaluation and task arrangements; responsible for the editorial department of personnel management and team building / Bertanggung jawab untuk manajemen Chief Editor, sumber informasi KORAN MOBILE, melakukan pengecheckan dan pengaturan tugas; bertanggung jawab pada personil dan pengembangan team departemen editorial
* The operation of a deep understanding of traditional media, the media are familiar with the latest technological developments, to master new media content production process, have a deep understanding of user interaction, familiar with the industry and related industries mode of operation. Requirements / Kualifikasi:
* An undergraduate or master degree in journalism or Communication / Lulusan S1 atau S2 di Journalism dan Komunikasi.
* A minimum 5 years full-time experience in a Chief Editor or Director Editor position in Large media company / Pengalaman 5 tahun sebagai Chief Editor atau Director Editor di perusahaan Media yang terkemuka.
* Excellent English writing and proofing abilities / Fasih dalam berbahasa Inggris (tulisan)
* Able to effectively manage editorial budgets & guide editorial staff to produce a high quality publication / Dapat mengatur budget editorial dan memimpim staff editorial untuk menghasilkan kualitas publikasi yang kualitas terbaik.
* Excellent communication skills,highly organized with a positive team attitude / Berkomunikasi dengan baik, rapih dan mempunyai pemikiran yang positif
* Need to be well presented,Confident, creative and outgoing / Rapih, tanggung jawab, kreatif dan suka bergaul
* A very strong ability to control the overall situation, excellent management and leadership, team management experience is preferred success / Mempunyai kemampuan yang kuat untuk mengkontrol segala situasi, mempunyai jiwa pemimpin. Mempunyai pengalaman dalam mengatur team lebih diutamakan
