Fresh Media Concepts Ltd. is a Hong Kong-based publishing company producing a bilingual magazine - Grocer & Caterer and website http://gc.freshmedia.com.hk for the grocery, hotel, wine and catering industry. We are currently seeking talented and results-orientated individuals to join our team.
Editor
Responsibilities:
* Write articles for the magazines in both English and Chinese
* Conduct Interviews with professionals in the industries
* Attend industry events and functions
* Translate articles (from Chinese to English, or vice versa)
* Contribute on new ideas to drive our content
* Build a strong branding for our business by reaching out to actors in the industry.
* Help managing and generating content for the website and other ad hoc projects.
Requirements
* Degree or above with a major in Business, Communication, English/English Literature or related discipline.
* Excellent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
* Knowledge in wines is a definite advantage
* Able to meet tight deadlines.
* Self-motivated, able to work well in a team as well as very independently.
* Keen interest in food, catering, wine and hotel sectors. Relevant experience in any of the industries or media is an advantage
* Knowledge in HTML is preferred.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
