Topic: Changes and Challenges …while lionism moves to its centenary year 2017.
What we expect?
Association is 93 years strong and still growing and moving to its first century by 2017.
Are we still on the past glory living on it or we would be moving on to new hemisphere that makes new vistas of Lionism?
How the younger generation takes the new challenges that are changing at a speed with new ideas, new inspiration and advanced technologies with the expectation of effective administration and desired humanitarian services?
What is it that makes us to bring that change in the coming 7 years when we celebrate our first 100 years of Lionism?
Pen your valuable thoughts and win the hearts of Lions who read your views, and cash prizes too. Let us be the light house that beacons tomorrow’s new hopes. Join us immediately.

Terms and Conditions:
Participants by submission of creative writing accept all the terms and conditions mentioned in entirety and shall abide by the same throughout the competition.
Eligibility: Participants must be a lion member. No entry fee.
Language:The essays submitted by the participants must be in ENGLISH language only.
Entries are limited in length to 1,000 words. Entries should be included in the body of the email; please don’t include any attachments.
Only one entry per author and all entries must be the final version. No revisions will be accepted once the entry has been submitted.
Submission Procedure: Participants must send their essays via email. The email must contain a covering letter containing details of the participant such as Name, Date of Birth, Address, Mobile Number, Email ID, Club/District, and Year of Joining in Lionism/ Membership Number and accepting the terms of contest. Participants must send their entries to essay.allindialionsmeet2011@gmail.com;
Submission Date: The last date for submission of the essays is December 15, 2010. Contest judges reserve right to close contest before the deadline if overwhelmed by too many entries, so get yours in early!
Cash Prizes to the top three winners, certificate, plaque and complimentary registration to participate in all events of All India Lions Meet 2011.
First Prize : Rs.5000
Second Prize : Rs.3000
Third Prize : Rs.2000
Top 3 essays will be printed in the Souvenir being brought on the occasion of All India Lions Meet 2011.
Awards will be judged by the Committee of senior Lions nominated by All India Lions Meet 2011.All entries will become property of All India Lions Meet 2011 Organizing Committee
