Responsibilities:
Prepares data for publishing legal and regulatory products in print, CD and/or electronic form.
Analyzes, keys, converts, codes, copy reads, edits, merges, renders, loads, or validates data.
Utilizes various systems, software, databases and applications, including scheduling and administrative systems as well as computer file management.
Responsible for accuracy, completeness and quality of work product.
Meets publishing deadlines.
Familiar with production/support workflow processes.
Responsible for troubleshooting system and/or data problems.
Identifies and recommends process improvements.
Creates and/or maintains process or product specific documentation.
Assists in creating reports on metrics/dashboards, etc.
Qualifications
University/College degree required.
Strong English and communication skills - both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented and focused on providing high quality results.
Works successfully in a team environment and attends and participates in team meetings.
Ability to prioritize and stay focused while dealing with multiple assignments and tasks.
Strong learning agility. Able to learn quickly and apply knowledge.
Acts with an appropriate sense of urgency.
Intermediate technical skills (Microsoft applications, web-based applications and data entry).
Aptitude for analysis and problem solving/troubleshooting.
Familiarity of legal terminology and court, legislative, and regulatory levels are desirable.
Willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City.
Flexible with any work schedule (morning shift, mid shift, night shift).
