English Editor - Business Descriptions Project
Experience : 2+ yrs relevant experience
Location : Andheri (East)
Key Responsibility Areas :
To read business descriptions written for international companies with 100+ employees and edit them to conform to English grammar rules, AP style guide and customer guidelines.
1) To get trained on the AP style guide and the customer guidelines
2) To understand the scope of Business writing
3) To get familiar with web research techniques
4) To edit business descriptions written by associates
5) To discuss feedback with writers
6) To update Quality metrics per writer and maintain trends analysis
7) To conduct feedback presentation sessions and training sessions for new and existing writers
8) Achieve production targets assigned for QA
9) Update production trackers for QA done as part of own production
10) Continually refresh own knowledge as per revised guidelines and customer feedback
11) Work with the team and help team members to continually improve accuracy
12) Be a team player
