Terms and Conditions
Application for the Travel Tales Competition (“Competition”) is open to each individual traveler (“Participant”). A “Participant” is defined as an individual traveler who has experience traveling in any Thai Destination. Each Participant will share his/her traveling experience with a global audience via the travel story section on www.tourismthailand.org. The Competition will be organized by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and/or the TAT Official Organizer. The Competition process will operate as follows:
* Period of Submission: The submission period to apply as a Participant begins on or around September 1, 2010 and ends on October 15, 2010 at 11:59 PM (GMT +7)
* Selection and Notification of the Winners: The voting period to select the winning contestants will start on September 15, 2010 and last until October 31, 2011 11:59 PM (GMT+7). The winning contestants (“Winners”) will be notified by the TAT via email as well as by an announcement posted on the website on or around November 15, 2010
Participant Eligibility
1. Competition is open to Participants of any nationality who have reached the age of 21 by the time of application submission and are not prohibited or restricted from doing so by the laws of Thailand or their country of citizenship.
2. All Participants are required to provide their true personal details (i.e. name, e-mail, country of citizenship, gender, age, profession, and address) in order to facilitate demographics data collation and for voucher/prize distribution(s), if any. Any invalid, untruthful, or incomplete entry will result in disqualification.
