Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100 (Grade Pay of Rs.6600)

Eligibility:
Officers under Central/State Govt./Universities/ Recognised Research Institutes/Semi Govt./ Autonomous or Statutory organizations
(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis;
(ii) with 5 years service in posts in the pre-revised scale of Rs.8000-275-13500 (or) equivalent;
(iii) with 8 years of regular service in the pre-revised scale of pay of Rs.6500-200-10500

Qualification:
(i) Post Graduate Degree or equivalent diploma in Journalism/Mass Communication from recognized University/Institute or equivalent.
(ii) 5 years professional experience in Mass Communication preferably relating to drug abuse prevention.
